Who we are
Smart Led Colombia S.A.S. is the only integral developer of LED and LCD solutions in Colombia. We don’t assemble screens: we develop them. Our plant in Medellín brings together engineering, product design, project management, manufacturing and installation under one roof, which is why we stand behind the complete solution, from the pixel pitch calculation to the warranty, with no intermediaries between development and your project.
We are a 360, integral solution: we design, manufacture, calculate the structure and the power supply, install, calibrate, train and maintain. One responsible party, in Colombia.

Guided tour of the plant

1. Engineering and product design
Where each screen is defined: pixel pitch, cabinet, structure, power supply and control system, before a single part is made.
2. Module and component receiving
Verification of each batch of LED modules, power supplies and cards against the production order.
3. Cabinet assembly
Mounting of modules, power supplies, receiving cards and wiring in standard 640x480, 960x960 and 500x500 mm cabinets.
4. Power-on test
Each cabinet is powered on and checked pixel by pixel before moving on.
5. Burn-in
Screens run continuously for hours to detect early failures. (EXAMPLE: confirm real hours)
6. Calibration
Brightness and color adjustment so every cabinet of a screen looks uniform.
7. Final quality control
Full screen assembly, test with real content and quality report.
8. Packing and dispatch
Protected packing, flight cases for rental and transport to site within the country.
9. Spare parts warehouse
Stock of modules, power supplies and cards to handle the warranty in Colombia.
